It is also a criminal case. However, the executioner was not used.<\/p>\n<h3>lore<\/h3>\n<blockquote><p>The mummy of the \u201cKnight of Kalebuz\u201d was found during the renovation of the church in 1794. Then people in the village remembered that he had killed a shepherd while he was driving his sheep across his land. The knight had sworn an oath in court that he had not killed the shepherd, and he confirmed the oath by saying that he would never rot if he was guilty. Mummification was soon considered a \u201cdivine judgment\u201d. In 1690, the Cornet Kalebuz was accused of killing the shepherd Picker from B\u00fcckwitz. Due to a lack of witnesses, an oath of purification was imposed on him. Im Jahr 1690 war der Cornet Kalebuz angeklagt, den Sch\u00e4fer Picker aus B\u00fcckwitz erschlagen zu haben. Mangels Zeugen wurde ihm ein Reinigungseid auferlegt. Von einer Aussage, nie verwesen zu wollen oder auch von einer Verlobten, der der Kalebuz nachstellte, war keine Spur zu finden.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"thrv_wrapper thrv_contentbox_shortcode
