The church in Barsikow is a stone church from the 14th century. In 1743, under the patronage of Frederick the Great, the church received a tower visible from afar with a baroque plaster structure and a tail cap. On it an orb including a weathervane and a crown (as a sign of royal patronage). Since 2011, pilgrims have been able to spend the night on a tower level below three bells that are over 500 years old
