The enforcement body examines the legal force of the application from a substantive point of view. In individual cases, it orders a technical review of the website from the monitoring body for accessibility of web and application technologies in the state of Brandenburg.
The enforcement body according to § 4 Para. 3 BbgBITV has the task of settling disputes on the subject of accessibility in IT between people with disabilities and public authorities in the state of Brandenburg. The enforcement process is free. There is no need for legal counsel to be involved.
