The Upstall is a pond through which water from the Nackel and Barsikow flows via ditches to the Bückwitzer See. The name Upstall means that the cattle were brought "Up Stall" here in the evenings, where they could drink at the pond. The pond was an important fishing water for centuries. Lack of water and oxygen now prevent this. A great habitat for birds!
