Tête-à-Tête at the Lake

Tamara Trölsch: "Over the past 150 years, many summer guests have certainly visited the town, hiked, swam, cycled or explored the surrounding area by boat. I also spent many summer days in Wusterhausen in my childhood, and some memories can be found in my drawing. The swimmer and the hiking boots represent walks through forests, meadows, along fields to the Wusterhausen lido and various bathing spots that invite you to jump into the lake. The merman with a fish tail, who has held the pulpit in the St. Peter and Paul Church since the Renaissance, gets on the self-driving bus and drives past the town hall to the lake on hot days. There he treats himself to a break in the summer freshness.
