Location of the urn grave (corner of Schulstrasse and Domstrasse, opposite the old school)
Found in 1943 by the teacher Erwin Breetz when digging a so-called "splinter ditch" (air raid protection measure). The object was taken to the Neuruppin Museum.
An imperial grave (Roman imperial period: around 1 to 375 AD) with an urn, shield boss and two iron spearheads was found. The further whereabouts of the find could not be clarified yet.
